Danielle Zick, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of clinical experience in both acute care and surgical specialties. She graduated from Touro College in 2007 and began her career working in telemetry services at Winthrop Hospital, where she gained a strong foundation in inpatient medical management. She later worked in emergency medicine with Catholic Health Services at St. Charles Hospital and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, providing comprehensive care for a wide range of acute and emergent conditions.
Since 2012, Danielle has specialized in orthopedic spine surgery and neurosurgery, working closely with Dr. Morgan Chen and Dr. Sathish Subbaiah. In this role, she serves as the primary point of contact for patients in the office, evaluating and diagnosing spine conditions, developing treatment plans, and reviewing advanced imaging including MRI studies.

Angela Sposato is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive inpatient and specialty nursing experience, as well as expertise in complex patient care settings, with a clinical focus on pain management, spinal care, and spine surgery. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University.
Angela works closely with our surgeons and collaborates with the multidisciplinary surgical team to deliver personalized, evidence-based care from the initial evaluation through recovery. She is committed to patient education, continuity of care, and helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Heather is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in neurosurgery and orthopedic spine care. A Long Island native, she earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University and a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University, where she was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society. Heather joined the practice of Dr. Morgan Chen and Dr. Sathish Subbaiah in 2016 and began working exclusively with the team in 2018. She supports patients at every stage of care, from the first consultation and diagnosis through comprehensive pre- and postoperative management. She is committed to providing evidence-based, operative and non-operative treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Alongside the practice’s dedicated team, she strives to deliver high-quality, individualized care for every patient, and finds caring for the community she calls home especially meaningful.
